Thursday delivered thanks to the private party plus a strong regular dinner service. The 20-person birthday party in the back room was a well-oiled machine — pre-orders made it easy for the kitchen.
CustomerParty of 20 confirmed for 6:30pm. Back room is set with custom linens and birthday decor. Cake picked up and hidden in the walk-in. All pre-orders are in the system.(2 replies)
MaintenanceIT finished the POS update. They cleared the cache and installed a firmware update. System is running much faster now. Should be solid for the weekend.(1 reply)
CustomerPrivate party is going AMAZING. Open bar hour just ended and they're on their second round of apps. Birthday speech was emotional — everyone's having a great time. Kitchen timing is perfect.(2 replies)
